Blended delivery or full face-to-face — without compromises
Not all First Aid courses or Blended First Aid courses are created equal.
Vital First Aid is providing delivery options that don’t compromise on participant knowledge or skills, but still allow the flexibility of full face-to-face delivery or blended delivery.
REACTIVE Blended Delivery — WITH A BIG DIFFERENCE
Traditional blended first aid courses require everyone to complete the same pre-course content, regardless of experience. At Vital First Aid, we do things differently.
Our cutting-edge, REACTIVE online module adapts to each participant’s knowledge. It automatically assesses your understanding of each topic, letting you skip what you know and focus on what you need—cutting pre-course time from over 3 hours to potentially less than 1 hour.
This smarter learning happens before a shorter, focused face-to-face session (approx. 3.5 hours).
You’ll arrive confident and better prepared, with the skills and knowledge needed to act in an emergency.
The Face-to-face is a more dynamic session, helping to consolidate knowledge.
Face-to-Face Delivery
Allows for all participants to simply turn up on the day of the course. Assessments are generally completed on-line in the participants Learner Portal which they will create prior to the course.

Reactive Blended delivery option duration is approx 3 1/2 hours excluding online module completion. Full Face-to-face delivery approx 7 hours. Finish times may vary slightly.

Computer / IT skills include the ability to access emails and follow links within those emails, complete online forms and create / access online profiles. Participants will also be required to demonstrate various practical skills including the application of slings etc
REACTIVE BLENDED Delivery – at Vital First Aid we recognise that everyone attends first aid training with different levels of experience, so we have created a truly cutting-edge online module that is REACTIVE to the participants’ learning needs. The module automatically assesses the participants’ understanding of each subject area, allowing them to skip sections they have sound knowledge in, while providing extra support in areas they are not that familiar with – meaning completion time for the online module can reduce from around 3+ hours to less than an hour. Completion of this online module is required prior to attending the face-to-face session
Completion of any online work requires access to a computer with internet capability, and the participant must have basic computer skills. Assistance is available if required by contacting our office.
There will be a short quiz at the beginning of the course on the information contained in the videos, which is to enable the trainer to better guide the content of the course for you.
